How do I update my email?
Log in at healthtechnerds.com
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Click “Manage Subscription”
In the “General Information” tab, you’ll see your email address followed by a “Change” button.
Click the “Change” button, enter your new email address, and click “Submit.”
If you’re a premium subscriber looking to update your Slack email (separate), please follow these steps.

I haven’t received my Slack invite. Can you help?
Paid members will receive an invite to Slack within one business day* of completing the New Member Form, a required step we ask new and return members to take when joining to help improve your experience and manage the community.
Upon upgrading, you’ll be directed to the New Member Form. It’s also sent in your welcome email with the subject: “Welcome to the HTN Community!” (be sure to check spam or promotions folders).
If for some reason you were not directed to the form upon upgrading, you can access it here.

How do I change my membership to monthly or annual?
If you’d like to change your membership plan, follow these steps:
Log in: click the three lines in the upper right corner and enter your email associated with HTN. You will then receive a link to that email to access
Click the profile icon in the upper right corner then click Manage Subscription
Click Billing in the left side menu
Click Change Plan
Click the dropdown arrow
Select the plan you’d like to switch to
How do I cancel my membership?
If you’d like to cancel your membership, follow these steps:
Log in: click the three lines in the upper right corner and enter your email associated with HTN. You will then receive a link to that email to access

To cancel, click either Downgrade (if you'd like to cancel but continue receiving the free weekly newsletter) or Unsubscribe (if you'd like to cancel and opt out entirely).
How do I update my payment method?
Log in: click the three lines in the upper right corner and enter your email associated with HTN. You will then receive a link to that email to access

Click Manage Subscription
You will be brought to a Stripe portal where you can update your payment method. Please be sure to change your default payment method and remove any outdated payment methods.

First, log in to your account on healthtechnerds.com to verify you still have a premium subscription. If you do, you are likely logging into Slack with the wrong email address. If trying other email addresses that you may have used doesn’t work, please reach out.
If you thought you had a premium membership but your account is showing as free, one of the following is possible.
a) Your membership payment failed (you will be notified when this happens, with two weeks to update payment before your membership is cancelled). Please follow these steps to update your payment method then re-upgrade, and we’ll add you back to Slack.
b) You universally unsubscribed from HTN newsletters (which cancels your membership). Please reach out if this is the case.

Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pause your membership, but we hope to offer that in the future! Instead, cancel your subscription and you can upgrade again at any time.
How do I invite someone to join the HTN Slack?
Thanks for spreading the word! The HTN Slack is exclusive to premium subscribers so please direct them to this page to join. Once they submit their New Member Form, we’ll invite them to the Slack within one business day (M-F).
